General Information

Welcome to the 2008 Haywood Ski Nationals and the 81st edition of the Canadian Cross Country Ski Championships!

The event promises tons of excitement as top Canadian and US skiers will compete head to head at Whistler Olympic Park, the Nordic venue for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

The Haywood Ski Nationals also includes the Canadian Colleges and University Championships (CCUNC). The CCUNC was first introduced at the 2000 Ski Nationals and recognizes the top school teams. The 2003 Ski Nationals marked the first year of participation by disabled athletes and has grown to include sit and standing classes for Para-Nordic skiers of both genders.

The office will be open from March 16 until 23; media accreditation may be picked up in the office

competition days - 8:00am until after the end of the last race

training days - 10:00am until 2:00pm
